JAVIER PLASCENCIA

Born and raised in Tijuana, chef Javier Plascencia has a 30+ year (and counting) culinary career under his belt. His family has been in the restaurant business since 1969 and are now a great tradition in Tijuana.

Chef Javier has become one of Baja’s fiercest promotors and has gained international acclaim for his creative culinary concepts, both in Baja Norte and Baja Sur.
